Risk assesment
This is my risk assessment form I had to take two pictures of it because I could not fit everything into one. The risk assessment is showing you risks from 1 to 5 and how to prevent from them.
This is my location Reece form which shows where I will do my recording for my YouTube channel and I will be doing it at Wakefield college so I will have the minimum change to try and edit at home.
The consent release form is a associated use for risks and release the provider from associated claims.
This is my consent release form I did not need to complete the bottom part for parent or legal guardian because I am the age of 18.
equipments
These are as you can see the equipment’s that I need for my recording my phone so I can access an app for screen recording and my headphones so I will be able to hear everything clear and will not get distract from anyone.

There is a possibility of me posting these images on my blog and after getting a ban for uploading games because the college Wi-Fi does not let you access anything that is related to a game, so if any of my teachers will try to check my blog in college they will not be able to because college does not allow game anywhere on your pc either plenty of images or videos so that might can be a big issue for me.
